I am very satisfied. Tornado and hail in May destroyed my home when a tree fell. I calkwd them and Dale came out. He has been excellent to me. Great communication and very professional man. Call them if you need a roof.

Dale and Justin were quick to handle my hail damage, very responsive and made sure I was in the loop. They answered the phone every time I placed a call. They worked with my adjuster and got a new roof on my house in a timely manner, and it looks fantastic. Oddly enough, we had a downpour on the same day they finished. I can safely say I had no issues.

Dale Shoe quickly responded to our inquiry on a house we were considering buying. He inspected the roof and provided us with photos. When we decided not to buy that house and found another one, he quickly did an inspection on that house also. He was very honest in telling us that house’s roof was in good condition. He could have taken advantage of us and convinced us to repair or replace it, but he didn’t! He stayed in touch with us (we are currently in Ohio) and answered all the questions we had. When we need something more done, we are definitely contacting Dale to take care of us when we get moved!!

Dale is great! He makes sure his clients are treated good! And makes sure he communicates well, shows us proof of everything that need to be done. And why it needs to be fix, with the roof. We can’t wait to see how our new roof will look!

Great from beginning to ending.....My roof seems gigantic, at least to me, and I worried as to how much it could cost to replace it. I saved for a new roof and then the tornado hit in April of 2022. Dale knocked on my door to point out some damaged shingles he could see while on my neighbor's roof next to me. He climbed onto my roof to use chalk to show the afflicted areas and he flew a drone to measure the roof, which was really awesome to watch. He gave me photos and 3 videos to keep. Long story short, he handled getting my Insurance (USAA) involved and in just a few weeks time, I got a brand new roof for just my deductible! VERY happy with Real Good Roofing and with Dale and with USAA too. If they knock at your door, talk to them is my best advice, maybe you will qualify like I did, Good Luck!
