I saved for a new roof and then the tornado hit in April of 2022. Dale knocked on my door to point out some damaged shingles he could see while on my neighbor's roof next to me. He climbed onto my roof to use chalk to show the afflicted areas and he flew a drone to measure the roof, which was really awesome to watch. He gave me photos and 3 videos to keep. Long story short, he handled getting my Insurance (USAA) involved and in just a few weeks time, I got a brand new roof for just my deductible! VERY happy with Real Good Roofing and with Dale and with USAA too. If they knock at your door, talk to them is my best advice, maybe you will qualify like I did, Good Luck!
